I am a pathological enabler - Software Development Team Lead, Dungeon Master, Raid Leader, Team Captain, Magic Judge, the guy with all the board games. I am the organizer that brings everyone together.
Professionally, I use agile methodologies, especially Scrum and Kanban, and am the company leader in doing crazy things with JIRA.
I have one goal as a leader: make sure everyone else in the org chart - above, below, and beside me - can accomplish their goals.
