Tipsy Squid
Homebrewed Mead!
Overview
I like experimenting and learning new things, and homebrewing is a great way for me to do that and end up with a physical object at the end. There is something very satisfying designing a recipe, waiting months while it brews, then holding the finished bottle in your hands
I have taken meticulous notes and intend to write a blog. Even if no one reads it, it will be easier for me to find my own old notes and recipes when I want to reproduce a favorite brew.
In addition, I have partnered with a local artist to start building a brand for Tipsy Squid -- I would like to end up being a nomad brewer and contribute to a commercial brew. Seeing "Tipsy Squid" on a bottle or can would be really cool.
