Daily Status and JIRA project projection tool.

Overview

Pragmatik served as our prototype and testbed for Rent Manager Express. We tested out new concepts for our Angular architecture here before rolling them out to the RMX project.

Core Problems

• We didn't know how to build an Angular project
• We didn't have a good way to collect daily statuses from the team and forward them to leadership
• We didn't have a good way to use the team's velocity to project future work completion dates
• We didn't have a good way to use the team's velocity to give individual members concrete feedback on how they were doing
